Upload Excel of entries

With the entries closed and the list of entrants clear, the list must be adapted to the format required by MiRally and the data uploaded to the system. To do this, follow these steps:

Go to the Excel Registration section.
Click on the picture Download Example.

3. Open the file and enter the details of those registered: name of drivers, co-drivers, bib numbers and start time.
4. Save and load the excel file in MiRally. Mark false emails if necessary.

IMPORTANT: If the MiRally Crono app is used to track the participants, the email and password to enter the app will be the one informed in this Excel.

Assign GPSs to the participants

To enter the GPSs of the participants we prepare an excel like the following one.

To load this excel of GPSs to the system, go to the Excel GPSs section.

Edit entries from MyRally

To edit or penalise an entry, click on the pencil in the left column, in the entry's row.

Confirmed: we remove the confirmed if the participant is not going to attend.
Penalty: number of points we penalise the participant with.
Penalty info: here we specify the reason, e.g. loss of bib.
Withdrawn: the participant withdraws from the rally or stage after having completed a stage. This option allows him to remain in the standings.
HideFromMap: if the competitor has withdrawn and does not need to appear on the GPS map.
Organisation: vehicle that is part of the organisation. It will appear in blue on the organisation map.
