This page is read only. You can view the source, but not change it. Ask your administrator if you think this is wrong. ====== Reference Editor ====== The **Reference Editor** is used to change the distance of a reference, start a new stage, change the average speed and set special options. To open it, tap the first box (the one with the numbers) of the reference. ==== Distance ==== * **Distance**: the distance of the reference. Tap to type it. * **Speedometer button** (or the Rabbit Box remote's yellow button): puts the current odometer distance in the reference, also updates its GPS coordinates and saves. See Using the Rabbit Box. If you change the distance of a reference that is not the last one, the Designer asks "Do you want to sum the km difference to all next references?". If you answer yes, the difference is added to all the following references up to the next 0,00. ==== Stage type and average ==== * **S** (Speed): timed stage at an average speed. Enter the average in km/h. * **L** (Link): link section with a set time. Enter the time in minutes. * **N** (Neutral): neutralisation. Enter the time in minutes. For L and N stages, tap the unit (**min**) to switch to seconds (**seg**). If you change the type or the average on a reference that is not the first of its stage, **that reference starts a new stage**. This is how average speed changes are made. ==== Reference options ==== Each option is switched on or off by tapping it. When on, it is shown in white on black. ^ Option ^ What it does ^ | **EXAC** | Reference with an exact measurement. In roadbooks with **Automatic** precision, it appears with the exact metre (9.999). See RBD File Conversion. | | **0,00** | The odometer goes back to zero at this reference. It is used at the start of each timed stage. It also enables the **cover** button and the title fields (see below). | | **ORG** | Marks the reference as being of interest to the organisation. In the organisation's roadbook it appears with the ORG label. | | **X.XX** | Hides the distance of the reference in the competitors' roadbook: X.XX appears instead of the distance and the time. It is used, for example, for external references, whose distance the competitors must find out. The organisation's roadbook shows the real distance. | | **HIDE** | Hidden reference: it does not appear in the competitors' roadbook, neither in the PDF nor in the digital roadbook (RBK). It only appears in the organisation's roadbook, with the OCUL label. | | **WPT** | Waypoint: the GPS coordinates of the reference appear in the roadbook, so the competitors know its location. | | **DIRT** | Dirt road marker. New references inherit this marker from the previous one. | ==== Stage cover and title ==== On references with **0,00** you also get: * **Cover button**: saves the reference and opens the drawing screen for the stage cover. Usually a photo of the start of the stage is taken. * **Et:**, **Sec:** and **Info:**: free text with the leg, the sector and the information of the stage. ==== Saving ==== * **OK**: checks the data and saves. If the distance or the average is not valid, a warning appears and the editor stays open. * **Cancel**: closes without saving. <WRAP caution> If you hold the first box of the reference that starts a stage for 1 second, you delete the average speed change: the reference goes back to being part of the previous stage. </WRAP> en/roadbook-designer-organizadores/edicion-del-roadbook/editor-de-referencia.txt Last modified: 2026/09/28 10:09by 127.0.0.1
